"Raven Stealing the Sun Totem"

Totemic Column

Eagle Totem Pole
Large Totem Pole featuring Eagle, Wolf,  Killerwhale, Brown Bear and Frog. The Eagle has the Wolf in the wing design.  The Killerwhale fin has a woman figure and tells the story of the Chief's wife who was kidnapped by the Killerwhale people. As he searched for her he was guided by a messenger bird whose face is in the whale's blowhole. On the bottom is a Brown Bear holding a Frog. Frog is a mighty being because he is the keeper of the wealth and can go on land and water. Red cedar, acrylic paint, sealed with polyurethane finish. 10 feet tall X 35 inches wide. Raven Totem Pole
Large Totem Pole featuring Raven, Frog, Bear and Beaver. Raven has Frog in its wing and is symbolic of the Haida Frog clan. The middle figure is Bear Cub and it represents the story of Bear mother and her cubs. The bottom figure is the Beaver and in his tail is the man in the sun.  Red cedar, acrylic paint, sealed with polyurethane finish. 10 feet tall X 35 inches wide.
