Salmon Soul Catcher
Soul catchers
were a Shaman's most prized tool used to heal patients. The Shaman would
inhale the patient's soul into the cylinder and hold it there with plugs

against the patient's skin and blow the healed soul back into the patient.
The featured carved soul catcher, or cylinder, is made of femur
bone. It features 12 abalone inlays. Design is a double salmon with human
spirit on both sides.

optional base made of white walrus ivory with baleen cradle to hold soul
