Information about shipping:  At Alaska Native Artists, we look after your art efficiently and effectively and ensure that it lands in premium condition. Majority of the things that you will see here are irreplaceable or fragile; we make a choice on the shipping and packing methods that are the most suitable for protecting your purchase.

Same as you, we also like 3-day free shipping whenever we do online shopping on our own, though we are a little shop and we don’t get those unique rates that the big Web retailers can offer you. We hope you understand this situation.

Shipping Rates:  Shipping costs are dependent on the size of the items that are being shipped, the distance and method of shipping, and the cost to insure. Shipping costs are revealed whenever you order via the E-store. For e-mail or telephone orders, you will complete your order after we have calculated your shipping cost.

Shipping Numerous Items: Numerous items can be securely shipped at the same time sometimes. When this happens, we can discount your shipping cost most times. Reach us for more information or click on “Phone Order” from the E-store shopping cart and we will surely contact you with details.

Shipping Print Art: It’s possible to ship majority of the prints tubed (up to 3 for $19.95), however, delicate prints such as Giclees are always shipped flat and shrink-wrapped with an acid-free foam core.

International Shipping:  If you are interested in international shipping, please feel free to send us an email so as to determine shipping method and cost. VITAL NOTE CONCERNING VAT: there is no VAT in the US and we won’t collect duties, VAT, or other fees when you buy. That is the responsibility of the purchaser and there may be a requirement to pay them before the item is delivered.

Ivory Shipment Restrictions:  Though our ivory is made in agreement with US law from walrus ivory, the state of California and some countries have started to stop the shipment of walrus ivory too.

Shipping Damages:  If your item is damaged, ensure that you maintain the packaging and contact the gallery immediately.

Return Policy:  We ensure it is done rightly! Reach us if you don’t like an item that you have received and we will rectify it.
